4 Ingredients Cake (Coconut)

A simple and very light cake.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g grated dry coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Butter (or margarine) to grease and all-purpose flour for dusting the cake pan

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to medium heat (about 400°F / 200 °C).
  2. Grease with butter (or margarine) and dust with flour a cake pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients in blender.
  4. Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 30 minutes or until, when you insert a toothpick, it comes out clean.

Total Time / Yield:

  • About 30-40 minutes / 12 servings

Notes, Tips & Tricks:

  • If desired, decorate with grated dry coconut on top of the cake.
