  • 1 cup= +/- 240ml
  • 1 drinking glass = +/- 237ml a 250ml
  • 1 tablespoon = +/- 15ml
  • 1 teaspoon = +/- 5ml

Equivalence of measures between Fresh Yeast and Instant/Dry Yeast:

  • 1 cube Fresh Yeast (15g) = 1/2 tablespoon or 1/2 sachet Instant Yeast (5g) = 1/2 tablespoon Dry Yeast (5g)
  • 2 cubes Fresh Yeast (30g) = 1 tablespoon or 1 sachet Instant Yeast (10g) = 1 tablespoon Dry Yeast (10g)
