- 1 cup= +/- 240ml
- 1 drinking glass = +/- 237ml a 250ml
- 1 tablespoon = +/- 15ml
- 1 teaspoon = +/- 5ml
Equivalence of measures between Fresh Yeast and Instant/Dry Yeast:
- 1 cube Fresh Yeast (15g) = 1/2 tablespoon or 1/2 sachet Instant Yeast (5g) = 1/2 tablespoon Dry Yeast (5g)
