Carrots In Mustard Sauce

A simple and quick recipe that can be served as a side dish for the main course.

Ingredients:

  • 400g grated carrots
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Place the carrots in an ovenproof dish, add 2 tablespoons of orange juice, mix well and cover it.
  2. Cook in microwave on high power for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally during this time. Let stand for 3 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients and use this mixture to season the carrots. Serve as a side dish.

Total Time / Yield:

  • About 15-20 minutes / Yield: 3-4 servings
