Carrots In Mustard Sauce
A simple and quick recipe that can be served as a side dish for the main course.
Ingredients:
- 400g grated carrots
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Place the carrots in an ovenproof dish, add 2 tablespoons of orange juice, mix well and cover it.
- Cook in microwave on high power for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally during this time. Let stand for 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients and use this mixture to season the carrots. Serve as a side dish.
