Milk Cake – Easy and Delicious
Simple cake recipe, no baking powder, but very tasty.
Ingredients:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (use the same can of condensed milk as a measure) of milk
- 1 can (use the same can of condensed milk as a measure) of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 can (use the same can of condensed milk as a measure) plus 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 200ml of coconut milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Butter to grease and all-purpose flour for dusting the cake pan
Directions:
- Preheat oven to a temperature of 180° C (about 350° F).
- Grease a cake pan, with hole in the middle, with butter and dust with flour.
- Place all ingredients in blender and mix everything well.
- Pour the mixture into the cake pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until golden and firm.
Total Time / Yield:
- About 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes / 10-12 servings
Notes, Tips & Tricks:
- This cake has smooth texture, consistency of pudding and takes no baking powder. It goes really well with a cup of tea.
