Milk Cake – Easy and Delicious

Simple cake recipe, no baking powder, but very tasty.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (use the same can of condensed milk as a measure) of milk
  • 1 can (use the same can of condensed milk as a measure) of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 can (use the same can of condensed milk as a measure) plus 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 200ml of coconut milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Butter to grease and all-purpose flour for dusting the cake pan

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to a temperature of 180° C (about 350° F).
  2. Grease a cake pan, with hole in the middle, with butter and dust with flour.
  3. Place all ingredients in blender and mix everything well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the cake pan.
  5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until golden and firm.

Total Time / Yield:

  • About 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes / 10-12 servings

  • This cake has smooth texture, consistency of pudding and takes no baking powder. It goes really well with a cup of tea.
