Quick And Easy Pizza
This pizza has a different dough/crust consistency, but it is still very tasty.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Butter to grease and all-purpose flour for dusting the pizza pan
Ingredients for the topping:
- Tomato sauce for pizza
- Grated mozzarella cheese or in slices
- Tomato slices
- Green olives and / or black – pitted
- Sliced onion, separated into “rings” (optional)
- Oregano
- Olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (about 200 °C).
- In a blender, add the egg, the butter and the milk. Mix everything.
- Add the all-purpose flour, the salt and the baking powder. Mix everything once again.
- Grease a pizza pan with butter and dust with the all-purpose flour. Add the mixture and then tilt the pan around so the mixture spread on all surface or use a spatula for that. Take to the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove it from the oven, spread the tomato sauce and the mozzarella. Over the top, place the tomato slices, onion rings (optional) and olives. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle the top with a little olive oil.
- Take it back to the oven to melt the cheese for about 5 to 10 minutes
- Serve hot.
Total Time / Yield:
- About 35-45 minutes / 8 servings (pieces) for a large size pizza

- This recipe can make two medium size pizza or one large size.
