Sugar-Free (Diet) Yogurt

This yogurt recipe is perfect for those on a diet and can be made with different flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of skimmed milk
  • 200ml plain yogurt, skimmed
  • 1 envelope/box of sugar-free (diet) gelatin – flavor of your choice

Directions:

  1. Boil the milk and let cool down to a temperature of about 37 °C – 98,6 °F.
  2. Add yogurt and mix a little. Cover and let sit for about 4 hours.
  3. When the milk is curdled, add the gelatin previously dissolved in ½ cup hot water.
  4. Mix everything in a blender and then refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

Total Time / Yield:

  • About 4 1/2 hour to make plus 12 hour waiting time in the fridge / 6-8 servings
