Tattered Clothes (Special Shredded Beef)

This is a simple and tasty recipe that can be made with leftover shredded meat and goes very well with white rice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of leftover roast beef (or cooked meat), chopped or shredded
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil or olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a pan, saute onion with vegetable oil or olive oil.
  2. Then add the meat, beaten egg, cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir lightly and serve hot.

  • About 10-15 minutes / 1-2 servings
