4 Ingredients Cake (Coconut)
A simple and very light cake.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 100g grated dry coconut
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Butter (or margarine) to grease and all-purpose flour for dusting the cake pan
Directions:
- Preheat oven to medium heat (about 400°F / 200 °C).
- Grease with butter (or margarine) and dust with flour a cake pan.
- Mix all ingredients in blender.
- Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake for 30 minutes or until, when you insert a toothpick, it comes out clean.
Total Time / Yield:
- About 30-40 minutes / 12 servings
Notes, Tips & Tricks:
- If desired, decorate with grated dry coconut on top of the cake.
